These classes are designed especially for men and women who want to preempt, prepare and protect themselves against an unexpected attack. There will be a 45 minute lecture followed by 70 minutes of hand-to-hand, self-defense scenarios. Taught by retired FBI Agents with 20 years of violent crime and street survival experience, come prepare yourself for the worst while experiencing the best training offered to counter a real world assault.
